The Cup Series heads to Charlotte Motor Speedway this Sunday for the 67th running of the Coca-Cola 600 and this race is genuinely unlike anything else on the schedule all season long.

Go Bowling at The Glen Recap: SVG Puts on a Masterclass at Watkins Glen

Shane Van Gisbergen reminds everyone why road courses are his domain and our card had some real highs and lows in an afternoon that had it all.

Hey race fans, welcome back to Driving on Marbles! What a Sunday afternoon at Watkins Glen International.

Shane Van Gisbergen won the Go Bowling at The Glen, his seventh career NASCAR Cup Series victory and every single one of them on a road or street course. Van Gisbergen overcame a 29-second deficit and 24 positions in just 17 laps, going on to beat Michael McDowell by 7.288 seconds at the finish line.

That’s the headline and honestly the numbers don’t even do it justice. The way SVG closed down on Ty Gibbs in those final laps was one of the most remarkable pieces of driving we’ve seen all season.

NASCAR Watkins Glen 2026: My Picks, Best Bets & Pool Lineup for the Go Bowling at The Glen

Hey race fans, welcome back to Driving on Marbles! Road course week is finally here and I genuinely love this week more than almost any other on the calendar because everything we’ve been doing for the past month gets completely thrown out the window and the whole picks conversation resets from scratch.

This week the whole card looks different and I genuinely think it gives us one of our best shots at a big pool week all season. Watkins Glen rewards road course specialists and we’ve built this card around exactly that.

The race runs 100 laps across 245 miles with Stage 1 ending on Lap 20, Stage 2 on Lap 50, and the final stage running to Lap 100. Green flag drops at 3:00 PM ET this Sunday.

Hey race fans, welcome back to Driving on Marbles!

What a Sunday afternoon at Texas Motor Speedway. Seven cautions, 23 lead changes among 11 different drivers, pit road chaos that swallowed multiple contenders whole, and a four-lap overtime shootout that delivered one of the most popular wins of the 2026 season.

Chase Elliott wins the Würth 400 for his second victory of the season and the 23rd of his career, joining Tyler Reddick as the only multiple winners in 2026. Chase fans everywhere had a very good Sunday afternoon…well everywhere except here…

We’ll get into how my picks did shortly and I’ll be completely straight with you…it was a pretty tough week for the card. But first let’s talk about the race itself because there was a lot going on.
