Jeff Gordon was lighting fast on Friday afternoon to win yet another Coors Light pole. He actually set a new track record at Michigan International Speedway. This is Jeff Gordon‘s second consecutive NASCAR Sprint Cup Series pole win after winning the pole at Michigan last weekend.
Well Tracie, I guess NASCAR overheard our discussion the other day regarding drivers not being allowed to leave their cars. They just implemented a new rule which prevents drivers from leaving their vehicle until told to do so from officials.

Because of the tragic accident which happened yesterday, Tony Stewart has opted not to race in today’s Sprint Cup. Regan Smith will be racing in his place.
